WE SHIP WORLDWIDE.
Shipping in India: For domestic orders, the shipping charges are in accordance with the shipping address, weight & dimensions of the parcel. Once dispatched it takes 4-5 days for delivery.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide. For international orders, the shipping charges are in accordance with the shipping address, weight & dimensions of the parcel. Once dispatched it takes 10-12 working days for delivery.
We do not provide the cash on delivery facility on our orders across the globe.
DELIVERY
At Kapda Dori, we strive to deliver the garment within the stipulated time (8-10 weeks as mentioned in the product pages). However, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated throughout the process. The contract, in no manner can be repudiated if Kapda Dori fails to deliver any one or more products in the given time frame. It should be noted that in situations if the client fails to take the delivery of the goods, Kapda Dori may at its discretion charge the client for additional shipping cost.
TAXES AND DUTIES
For Indian clients: Product prices displayed are not inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For International clients: For most countries, we ship garments on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, the buyer is liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country the buyer resides in. To release the order from customs on arrival, the buyer must pay these charges off at the time of delivery.

PAYMENTS
All payments made, against the purchases/services on kapdadori.com by the client shall be against the MRP displayed on the website (plus all the taxes). This shall be done under the adopted and applicable terms and conditions of the third-party Online Payment Gateway Services. Prior to shipping the order to the client, team Kapda Dori may request the client to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by him/her for his/her purchase. This procedure is followed to ensure that a secure online shopping environment is created for customers.
Kapda Dori may employ Razorpay and such other third-party facilities, for payments on the website. The electronic transactions initiated through third party facilities, employed through Kapda Dori website, may be undertaken at one’s sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.
While availing any of the payment method/s offered by team Kapda Dori, kindly note that team Kapda Dori is not liable or responsible of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following:
(a) lack of authorization for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
