Shipping Policy:

  1. We deliver the order within 6-8 weeks of receiving the order. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  2. We use reliable and trusted courier partners to deliver your orders. We will provide you with the tracking details of your order once it is shipped.

  3. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural calamities, or any other unforeseen circumstance beyond our control.

  4. In case of any damage to the product during transit, please inform us immediately via email at info@kapdadori.com or call our customer care number within 24 hours of delivery. 

Payment Policy:

  1. We accept payments through various modes such as credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets.

  2. All payments made on Kapda Dori are secure and encrypted. We do not store your card or bank details.

  3. Once you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email with the details of your order and the total amount to be paid.

  4. In case of any payment failure, please retry making the payment or contact your bank to resolve any issues.

  5. We offer a 100% refund if you cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, we do not accept cancellations. However, you can request for a return or exchange once you receive the product.
